Known as a guru in HR optimization, Jim helps business leaders make smarter, data-driven decisions about their HR models, vendors, and products. His practical approach, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to clarity have helped countless organizations reduce costs, improve efficiency, and build stronger, more scalable HR foundations.
Jim holds a Master’s in International Business and brings more than 30 years of corporate experience, including 20 years dedicated to helping businesses operate more efficiently with less liability. His background gives him a unique ability to bridge strategy and execution—helping every client team perform at its best.
